For this project, I had the privilege of shaping the brand identity for Atelier – a luxury high-rise building in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), drawing inspiration from DTLA’s rich cultural presence. My involvement began with crafting a name that reflects both the elegance of the high-rise and the artistic heritage of the surrounding area. I then designed a sophisticated logo that seamlessly integrates contemporary luxury with artistic flair, creating a visual identity that resonates with the building's upscale ambiance. To ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience, I developed a sleek print brochure and an engaging web presence, all meticulously aligned with the project's artistic ethos. This project allowed me to merge high-end real estate with the vibrant essence of LA’s art scene, delivering a brand identity that stands as a tribute to both modern luxury and timeless creativity.


Atelier’s online presence was unveiled with a teaser splash page introducing the new brand and select building renders giving prospective tenants a sneak peak of their potential new home.

A full interactive website, which featured a dynamic timeline highlighting the rich history of Downtown LA and its cultural influences. The rest of the site showcased the building renders, a virtual tour, floor plans of the units, a blog page and a registration form for new tenants.
