“A one-stop Dot for retiree solutions.” To help eliminate the paradox of choice, so prevalent in the health insurance space, I designed a custom Echo Dot to help Aetna showcase their innovation and get in the front door of members. The device displayed Aetna-branded decals for the exterior with custom packaging and an info card. The Echo dot was pre-programmed with custom Alexa Skills paired with questions users might ask.
